When ye invite a fellow pirate to join Grog & Glory, ye get a cut o' their treasure through our three-tier plunder scheme:

First Tier (Direct Crewmates) — 20% o' their donations

Second Tier (Yer mates' mates) — 7% o' their loot

Third Tier (The next wave) — 3% o' their booty

The bigger yer pirate network, the more gold ye'll be swimmin' in!

Ye recruit Pirate John → Ye get 20% o' his donations

Pirate John brings aboard Sailor Sam → Ye earn 7% o' Sam's loot
